Singer Sean Kingston, has given a personal update on his progress direct from his hospital bed.

Following his jet-ski accident in Miami last month, Kingston has been convalescing in Jackson Memorial Hospital.

He took to Twitter last night and reported:  "Feeling a lot better! GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!"

Kingston also added a photo of him showing the peace sign from his hospital room.

Hospital officials say the condition of Kingston, best known for his hit, “Beautiful Girls,” has improved steadily.
