Actor, Daniel Craig, has asked Kings of Leon to write a 007 theme on three separate occasions but each time the band have refused.

However, frontman, Caleb Followill, has confirmed that if Daniel were to ask again, they may reconsider.

Caleb said: "I've always wanted to work with strings so that would be a good excuse to do it."

Drummer Nathan added: "Hmm Daniel Craig has asked me before. I have turned him down 3 times already but maybe."

In the Twitter conversation with Vue Cinemas, Caleb and Nathan were also asked which actor would they want to play them in a film. Caleb replied, “Obviously Brad Pitt – hello!” whilst Nathan went for the ‘Honey I Shrunk The Kid star, “Rick Moranis - little geeky glasses, charming you know.”

The band performed at London's Hyde Park last night.
