Vocal powerhouse Jordin Sparks has posted a video of her covering Demi Lovato's new single, 'Skyscraper'. 

The former American Idol winner recorded her version of the emotionally charged track and made it public on July 18, and tweeted a message to her fans to inform them of her cover's arrival:

"Check this vid of me singing #skyscraper by @ddlovato. I didnt want 2 be loud in the hotel room. lol <3" 

In the video, Sparks explains "I am sitting here just thinking I haven't done a song in a long time so I figured that this would be a good one. Demi Lovato put out a song called 'Skyscraper' and it's amazing, Demi did an amazing job with it and I'd like to put my spin on it for you guys so here we go".
