Dubstep producing duo Nero have announced details of their first UK headlining tour. 

The pair, namely Daniel Stephens and Joe Ray, performed live on air this morning for Radio 1's Live Lounge and are due to release their debut studio album, 'Welcome Reality', on August 15.

Their forthcoming new single, 'Promises', will be available from August 8 and they will go on the road in October to support the record. 

Nero, who recently played to a crowd at Camden's Roundhouse as part of the iTunes Festival, will be at the following venues later this year:

• October 8 - Manchester, Warehouse Project
• October 9 - Nottingham, Rocky City
• October 11 - Sheffield, Fusion & Foundry
• October 12 - Newcastle, O2 Academy
• October 13 - Plymouth, Covert
• October 15 - Liverpool, The Masque
• October 18 - London, The Electric Ballroom
• October 20 - Derby, Assembly Rooms
• October 22 - Bournemouth, O2 Academy
