Man jailed for looting Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green store in Manchester
It emerged earlier this week that Liam Gallagher's Pretty Green store in Manchester had been looted during the riots and a man who was involved in the illegal activity has now been jailed for 8 months.
The BBC reported yesterday, August 11, that 28-year-old Owen Flanagan had plead guilty to 2 counts of burgulary and stole both clothing worth £175 and electrical items from the King Road store.
Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper reported that an estimated £272,000 had been stolen from the shop during the looting, but it not yet known if other guilty parties have been prosecuted or even caught.
