Blige]]> Rocker Slash has tweeted a message to let his fans know that he has been in the studio with none other than Mary J. Blige. 

The iconic guitarist wrote on the social networking site that he recently collaborated with the 'No More Drama' star althought it's unclear where the project is likely to end up:

"Just finished a session w/Mike Clink engineering on a track w/Mary j Blige. Sounds killer! Iii|; )"

This isn't the first time Slash has dabbled in cross-over musical territory because in 2010 he collaborated with Black Eyed Peas' singer Fergie on a track called 'Beautiful Dangerous', and you can watch the video for it here:
