Justin Timberlake's most memorable day was spent incognito

Justin Timberlake has named an experience of disguising himself as a Sesame Street character for a public appearance as "one of the most memorable days" of his life.

The singer and actor dressed up as Ernie to attend this year's Comic Con, which took place at the San Diego Convention Center, and thorougly enjoyed the freedom that came with being incognito for a few hours. He wasn't alone in his anonymity though, as Esquire journalist Chris Jones joined him and reported back on the pair's activities:

"I keep forgetting, when people ask to take our picture it's because I'm Ernie. It's not because I'm me," Timberlake said.

When asked by Jones if he would like to remove the disguise to surprise his fans, the 'SexyBack' star exclaimed:

"No way, dude. You have no idea what it's like. I can sometime walk around New York if I dress the right way, but that's it. You're witnessing one of the most memorable days of my life."

The full interview will be available in October's issue of Esquire, on which Timberlake also graces the cover, and you can watch him talk about his creativity at Comic Con here:
