Lady Gaga has Bette Midler's blessing to take her clothes

Bette Midler has said that she would be "thrilled" if Lady Gaga bought some of her clothes.

'The Rose' singer is selling over 300 of her personal items, including outfits and movie memoribilia, with Julien's Auctions on November 12.

In an interview with American Press, she makes a few recommendations for the fashionable star:

"I think she should go for a real wheelchair and a real fishtail because these are really beautiful. They are decorated and hand-beaded...If she is interested, she can have whatever she wants because she is a very talented girl, and I love her a lot".

The 65-year-old will be auctioning her Valentino gown that she wore to the 64th Annual Academy Awardswhen she was nominated for Best Actress for her role in 'For The Boys' and her Vegas showgirl outfit that she wore during her 'The Showgirl Must Go On' performances during 2008 to 2010.
