Lana Del Rey names forthcoming LP

Lana Del Rey has announced that her forthcoming LP will be called 'Born To Die', which will also be the name of her next single.

The 25-year-old singer took the blogosphere by storm earlier this year and now, she is finally taking the charts and radiowaves asunder with her beautiful song, 'Video Games'.

Her debut single is at number 24 in the official UK singles charts, just ahead of Rihanna's 'Talk That Talk'.

The rising star recently recoded a video for the single 'Born To Die' and she told The Sun that it features a special appearance from a tiger:

"Tigers don't come cheap. It's a controversial video. You'll have to wait to see it but I got a generous budget. I wasn't allowed to be alone with the tiger at any time, for obvious reasons. It was a special experience".

Amazon lists the release date of her LP as January 30, 2012 but that is yet to be confirmed.
