The Saturdays give advice to Little Mix

Girl group The Saturdays have revealed that X Factor winners Little Mix asked them for career advice during a recent meeting.

Speaking to Capital FM radio, the 'All Fired Up' stars explained that the talented newcomers sought tips from them and it was "really nice" to be able to oblige. Frankie Sandford said:

"They asked us for some advice and it was really nice being in [that] position."

"When we met Girls Aloud we were like Little Mix and we were like 'have you got any advice'. It's actually really nice to be able to look up to someone and it's nice for us to be able to be like 'oh, we were like that before'."

Little Mix enjoyed chart success earlier this month (December 18) as their debut single, 'Cannonball', achieved the coveted No.1 position in the UK Top 40.
