'Kisses On The Bottom' for Sir Paul McCartney

Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney has revealed the cheeky title of his forthcoming new album as 'Kisses On The Bottom'.

The superstar announced plans for his new record at the beginning of December and promised fans a tracklisting made up of "the songs which inspired the songs”, so to say it is a highly-anticipated release would be an understatement.

The album's title leaked earlier this week (January 2) and representatives for Macca have since confirmed that 'Kisses On The Bottom' is, in fact, correct.

Speaking about the songs he chose for the exciting album, McCartney explained: "It was important for me to keep away from the more obvious song choices so, many of the classic standards will be unfamiliar to some people. I hope they are in for a pleasant surprise."
