The Wanted to take inspiration from Take That on upcoming tour

The Wanted look set to channel the likes of stadium stars Take That as they head out on tour next month.

The boyband's Jay McGuiness told the Daily Star that they will be looking to the likes of Gary Barlow and co. for inspiration on their debut arena tour.

He reckons the band will be looking to looking to make their show as "dramatic" as they can. He said:

"Because we don't dance, I want it to be as dramatic as possible. Our choreographer Beth, who does The X Factor and did our first tour, is coming up with ideas now. We like what Take That did with little bits of staging and then they came together to play instruments. I love that they can do the showy side then the band side."

As previously reported, The Wanted recently performed on Ellen DeGeneres' US talk show as they bid to make a splash across the pond.
