Biffy Clyro, Ed Sheeran, Mumford & Sons announced for RockNess

The first names for this year's RockNess festival line-up have been announced.

Amongst the acts are Biffy Clyro, Ed Sheeran and Mumford & Sons, who are all set to play at the Loch Ness festival in June.

They're joined by the likes of Deadmau5, Justice, Wretch 32 and Noah and the Whale.

Speaking about their trip to the festival, Scottish trio Biffy Clyro said:

"We are thrilled to be returning to RockNess in June, and this time we'll be headlining. The location is amazing and the enthusiastic crowd made for a memorable experience in 2009, so we're counting down the days until our return in 2012."

The festival also announced that they will running a special 'RockNess Express' train which will run from London and stop off at various locations around the country before reaching Inverness.
