Homeless man 'files $9m lawsuit against Eminem'

A lawsuit worth $9m has been filed by a homeless man against Eminem, it has been reported.

Allhiphop.com reports that Stephen Lee Pieck, whose address is given as "homeless", is said to have filed the complaint - which alleges that he came up with the idea of the rapper's 2011 'Born Of Fire' Chrysler advert - at a District Court in the Southern District of New York.

Pieck claims that he was dining with Christina Aguilera at a seafood restaurant in White Plains New York on September 9, 2010.

The papers then claim that Aguilera phoned Eminem and then gave Pieck the phone - who then told Eminem the idea for the advert, which was aired during last year's Super Bowl event.

In handwriting, Pieck's lawsuit is reported to have said:

"I want the court to reward me a judgement in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did."
