Geri Halliwell casts shadow over Spice Girls reformation, admits their schedules often clash

Geri Halliwell has confirmed that the Spice Girls have been offered the chance to reunite for the Queen's forthcoming Diamond Jubilee, but admitted she's unsure if it will actually happen.

Speaking about the potential reformation, Halliwell explained the former band mates are all excited about the idea of getting back together, but their often busy schedules may present an issue:

"We did get the offer and it is exciting. Obviously we are a band and it's a collective decision that has to be made as a band."

"We need to all be in the same place with it and we have to take into account all of our lives. We wouldn't do it without all five of us. I do feel it's an incredible honour and privilege. Performing at Buckingham Palace for the Queen - it doesn't get bigger than that."

Mel B also recently let slip about possible plans to perform as the Spice Girls once again and told an Australian news show, "well, we do have the Queen's Diamond Jubilee coming up. Did I really say that?"

"I'm always down for a Spice Girls reunion. For me to get my Scary hair on and my big platforms... [I'd do it] any time of day... I'm a Spice Girl through and through."
