US boyband Big Time Rush have predicted that One Direction will be "massive" in America.

The UK heartthrobs have been over in the US as they attempt to break into the American market, supporting Big Time Rush at a number of gigs.

Speaking to Digital Spy, the Americans spoke of their admiration of One Direction, gushing that the 'What Makes You Beautiful' hitmakers are "incredibly talented" and that they will no doubt hit the big time across the pond. Big Time Rush singer James Maslow said:

"They're incredibly talented, and I think they're going to have massive success in the US. It doesn't work for everyone, but I think it will for them. Our fans are also One Direction fans, which is a great sign for them. Hopefully we can help each other out in our own countries."

As previously reported, One Direction hinted in a new video blog that they might head out on another UK tour in 2013.
