Nicki Minaj on inspiring her fans: "It's just a statement of being fearless"

Nicki Minaj has opened up about the influence she has over her fans and thinks she simply represents pop culture, which in turn inspires her Barbz to imitate her style. 

The 'Roman's Revenge' star, who has become something of a modern fashion icon with her kooky outfits and ever-changing hair styles, explained that it's flattering to think her fans around the world channel her look through their own appearance:

"I guess I am pop culture just because what I'm doing seems to be popular. When people want to do what you're doing, it's kinda popular."

"I don't ask girls to wear pink hair; they just do it. It's not about black or white; I think it's just a statement."

"It doesn't matter which color you are; it's just a statement of being fearless."
