Rihanna admits she had to stop listening to Adele's "depressing" '21'

Rihanna has admitted that she had to stop listening to Adele's album '21' because it began to depress her too much.

Speaking on the Jonathan Ross Show, the Bajan beauty revealed that the heartfelt album spoke to her so much that she had to give up on listening to it. She said:

"It's hard to say a (favourite) track. The last album 21 just spoke to me so much - to the point where I had to stop listening to it 'cause it was depressing me so much. You become so attached to the stories, it's really something you identify with."

Rihanna also spoke of her admiration for Adele in general, joking that she came to the 2012 BRIT Awards just to hang out with the singer. She added:

"Really I came to the Brits to stalk Adele. It was nothing about the awards or the performance, for me it was just to see Adele again. She doesn't know the depth of my affection, just the surface. She has no idea."

In the same interview, Rihanna also spoke of her desire to find a new man, expressing her dismay at single life.
