Sheeran, who is known for his love of the brightly coloured building blocks and even had a hit single called 'Lego House', tweeted:

"I'm gonna auction off all the lego I've ever made and give the proceeds to charity. Anyone wanna buy some Lego? It's all stuff ive made backstage at gigs, or, the day my Album went #1, I made the Millennium Falcon, Hogwarts Castle."

He added: "Also, the starship @Harry_Styles got me, attempted to make, and fell asleep on, that's in there too. I'll Set up the auction in 2 weeks once I've got all the models together and I'm home."
