JLS discuss demanding tour rehearsals

JLS have revealed that they have been training for up to eight hours a day ahead of their new tour.

Their latest tour kicks off in Liverpool tonight (March 14) and the band have proclaimed that it is set to be an "unreal" event.

Speaking to The Sun, they added that they have been in constant training ahead of the tour, doing hundreds of exercise routines to keep in shape.

JB Gill said: "We've been rehearsing for six to eight hours a day, doing 100 push-ups of different varieties and 300 sit-ups."

Oritse Williams meanwhile opened up on their diets - lamenting the lack of "Nando's and seasoning". He added:

"It's doing my head in. I'm eating boiled chicken every single day. No Nando's or seasoning, it's plain chicken and water to drink."
