Whitney Houston autopsy report released

A full autopsy report into the death of Whitney Houston has been released.

A coroner had previously ruled that her death, which occured on February 11, was caused by "accidental drowning caused by the effects of cocaine and heart disease".

The official autopsy report appears to confirm this statement, adding that she was found face down in an "extremely hot" bath.

The report also concludes that a spoon, rolled up paper and white substances were also found in her hotel room. It said:

"Located on the south portion of the counter was a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper, along with other miscellaneous items. Located in the top drawer, in the north side of the counter were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base."
