Robbie Williams added to Queen's Diamond Jubilee gig

Robbie Williams has been added to the line-up for the forthcoming Diamond Jubilee event in London.

The gig, which is curated by Williams' Take That buddy Gary Barlow, is set to take place outside Buckingham Palace on June 4.

Other names already lined up to pay honour to the Queen include JLS, Jessie J and Sir Tom Jones.

Speaking about the event, Robbie Williams joked on his official website that hopefully performing in front of Her Majesty will land him a knighthood. He said:

"If this doesn't get me a knighthood, nothing will. I can't wait for the show."
