Kevin Federline's former landlord is suing him for supposedly trashing the Los Angeles mansion he lived in and then moving out without paying rent.

Joseph Malek claims that Britney Spears' ex-husband moved into the stunning home back in 2008, but left it in quite a state and without having coughed up a rent cheque.

TMZ obtained photographs supporting Malek's case, which he intends to pass to a judge, and they show glass bottles and cigarette ends littering the outside areas, along with broken ornaments and missing tiles. Federline is yet to comment on the allegations.

It was also revealed recently that Federline's aunt, Diane Story, has just written a book entitled 'Pop Baby Krissy Doucet' which is coincidentally about a pop princess who falls for a dancer although she hasn't confirmed whether the tale was based on Federline and Spears' relationship.
