The Wanted admit Britney Spears "charmed" them, despite strange backstage behaviour

The Wanted recently told of an awkward incident involving pop princess Britney Spears, but have now backtracked on their opinions of her and revealed "she totally charmed" them.

Earlier this month, Tom Parker and Siva Kaneswaran opened up about the time they met the 'Till The World Ends' superstar and explained how her security team made them "face the wall" as she walked past, but member Jay McGuiness has since taken to Twitter to share his thoughts on Spears:

"Just to clarify, we have nothing but love for Britney, she totally charmed us when we met her, & maybe her security did make @SivaTheWanted face a wall, but I would have, he has a creepy look in his eye that boy. My view on Xtina's special type of manners hasn't changed."

The Wanted lads also spoke to Britain's The Mirror newspaper recently and treated fans to details of their friendship with teen sensation Justin Bieber, admitting he once "came up and punched Siva hard in the balls".
