Jada Pinkett Smith describes husband Will as 'the best father in the world'
Jada Pinkett Smith has described her superstar husband Will as 'the best father in the world.'
The 40-year-old actress, who has two children, Jaden and Willow, with the Men In Black star told Essence magazine that she feels lucky to have a partner who will do anything as a parent:
“There are some men who feel like, ‘Listen, I take care of the house and the home. That’s all I need to do.' What makes Will the best father in the world to me is that he’s there, not just there in a way that’s traditional. The emotional support he offers his children is immeasurable.”
The Hawthorne star, who will celebrate her 15th wedding anniversary with the former Fresh Prince later this year, also revealed how proud she was of the relationship between Willow and her dad:
“It’s a very interesting relationship to watch and to see how her confidence is really steeped in the idea that she’s got this beautiful, strong man as her father is beautiful.
“In [Willow's] eyes, it’s like the world is at my fingertips because I’ve got daddy. For a little girl to be in partnership with her father in that way brings tears to my eyes every time because I feel like every little girl in the world deserves that.”
