The American soft-rockers have supported One Direction on tour in the past and it seems like they've forged a good relationship since.

Speaking to the Daily Star, singer Daniel Manzano said that they are due to meet up with the British stars ahead of the band recording their second album to discuss some music ideas they have written.

The planned meeting is set to take place at the band's Florida recording studio. He said:

"We're meeting up to see what they think of some ideas we've got for them. We've got a studio right by the beach, so it's a cool place for bands to come and write with us."
