Carly Rae Jepsen says she's not sick of 'Call Me Maybe' yet

Canadian songstress Carly Rae Jepsen has enjoyed phenomenal success with her hit single 'Call Me Maybe' and revealed that she hasn't yet grown tired of the song.

Speaking to the Associated Press, the star explained that despite all of the covers and parodies that have surfaced online, along with the excessive airplay, she still likes the track and isn't sick of it yet:

"I'm waiting for that to happen. But at this point it's still such a crazy adventure that I'm on because of this song, that I do feel like there's a new element to it every day."

She also admitted that writing a song that became so well-known so quickly has put increased pressure on her to release new material of the same standard, adding:

"I just feel a pressure to put out music that I feel really proud of and that feels like me. There's definitely a limited amount of time to get that done well and get that done right. But I think it's close. It's been sort of a fun project to be writing on the plane and in the hotel room at night."
