Mel C game for future Spice Girls reunions

Mel C has revealed that she would be happy to reunite with the Spice Girls again in the future.

The 90s pop sensations got back together for one night only on Sunday (August 12) as they performed at the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony in London.

The quintet also reunited for a world tour back in 2007 and 2008 as they tried to rejuvenate girl power once more.

Speaking to Digital Spy before the Olympic closing show, Mel C said that she originally didn't think the Spice Girls would reunite - and she hasn't ruled out performing with them again. She said:

"I never ever thought we'd get back together, but we did in 2007/2008. I'm really glad we did because it was brilliant and I really enjoyed it. There's absolutely nothing to say we wouldn't do it again at some point in the future."

The Spice Girls meanwhile have been reaping the rewads of performing in front of a massive TV audience, with HMV confirming that sales of their 'Greatest Hits' album have increased by 626 per cent.
