The songstress was wearing seven-inch Louboutin stiletto's when she tripped and fell, scraping her face on the concrete. She was left with a nasty graze and some bruising around her jawline.

Tweeting about the incident earlier today (August 17), she wrote: "Running in 7 inch louboutin no good!! I'm wearing prauge on my face!!!"

She also shared a photograph of her injuries on the social networking site, which you can see below.

Later this evening, Mel B returned to Twitter and joked that she swapped designer brands in hope of having a safer night out: "Ok got my Tom fords on today not as high,goodbye prague hello Sydney yippee."
