'How We Do (Party)' beauty Rita Ora has revealed that she looks up to Beyoncé in the same way she would an older sister.

Ora, who is signed to rapper and music mogul Jay-Z's label Roc Nation, told Grazia magazine that she was overwhelmed by the advice given to her by the 'Halo' sensation because she told her not to change:

"Beyoncé told me, 'Be yourself because we like being around you'. I guess I'm like the little sister."

"Jay-Z made me feel really relaxed but at the same time, he made me realise I had loads of work to do. He's been doing this for years and I've just started," she explained. "I just hope my career can be as successful as his. He's my musical idol."

Ora was knocked from her No.1 spot in the midweek chart update yesterday by Sam and the Womp, but the official positions will be confirmed on Sunday (August 26).
