Solo sensation Tulisa Contostavlos has shared an exclusive behind-the-scenes clip with her fans from her 'Live It Up' music video shoot.

The single, which is a collaboration with U.S. rapper Tyga, is due to be released on September 9 although the video was unveiled earlier this week and she has now treated her followers to a look at what happened on set via Digital Spy.

In the footage, Tulisa talks about why she chose Hawaii as the location for the video and explains that she wanted to stay longer for a holiday: "I love Hawaii. It's such a beautiful place. I'm definitely extending my stay after the video shoot!"

She also spoke about working with 'Rack City' hitmaker Tyga and praised his ability to elevate the atmosphere: "Tyga is such a friendly guy - he's just totally cool. He knows how to get the vibe going."

He added: "It's always good to come to Hawaii so I'm glad she picked this location to shoot [the video]. I'm glad she chose me for the record. It's going to be a hit!"
