X Factor hopeful Lucy Spraggan's album removed from iTunes

An album released by X Factor contestant Lucy Spraggan has been removed from iTunes after what appears to be a sudden rule change.

Spraggan lit up the show on Saturday (August 25) after she performed original material in front of the judges.

Her track Last Night (Beer Fear), which she played on the night, soon rose to No.2 on the UK iTunes chart.

An album that she self-released previously called 'Top Room At The Zoo' meanwhile also performed well - hitting No.3 in the album charts - but it seems she has been told that the record has to be removed whilst she is on the X Factor. Spraggan commented:

"Oh dear - not my call to make. Get it while you can. I've obliged because you've got to do what you've got to do to get somewhere in life."
