Azealia Banks confirms Lady Gaga duet

'212' rapper Azealia Banks has revealed the she "worked on a song" for Lady Gaga's forthcoming new album, 'ARTPOP'.

Speaking on the red carpet at last night's GQ Awards in London, Banks explained to Capital FM that she has collaborated with the 'Born This Way' pop icon although she's not sure whether the track will end up on her record or not just yet:

"I worked on a song for her. I don’t know if it will make her record. I hope it will…but we’ll wait and see."

Last month, the pair exchanged a series of public Twitter messages and Banks teased her followers by writing: "When Mother Monster calls…"

When asked if there is any truth in the rumour that she has been in the studio with Bajan beauty Rihanna, Banks simply replied: "No, I haven't done a record for Rihanna. I'd like to, but I haven't."
