Kimberley Walsh promises 'Strictly Come Dancing' won't interfere with Girls Aloud plans

Singer and stage star Kimberley Walsh recently signed up to appear in the new series of 'Strictly Come Dancing', but has reassured fans that this new role won't affect Girls Aloud reunion events.

Speaking to OK! magazine, the beauty explained that she is excited to take part in the programme and is looking forward to a new experience, but is relieved that it doesn't clash with any pre-arranged commitments involving her girl group:

"I'll just have to work really hard. Being on Strictly won't hold anything up that we already had planned. I'm going to get in trouble if I say any more!"

"It's a really big decision to take part in a show like this. It's so huge and everyone loves it. It's a pressure, isn't it? But I think I made the right decision."

Tweeting about her dance rehearsal earlier today (September 25), she wrote: "Yey we are definitely making progress! Finally able to stop cringing at myself in the mirror ha...well most of the time! All good #scd"
