X Factor guest judge Sharon Osbourne has praised full-time panelist Nicole Scherzinger and admitted that she's "quite a naughty girl" despite her straight-laced reputation.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper about the 'Poison' hitmaker's return to the show, Osbourne explained that she's a fantastic fit for the televised vocal talent contest and even credited herself with getting her to be involved:

"She was my find! I had her as a guest judge on X Factor a few years ago. I spotted her! I think she's brilliant."

"She's actually quite a naughty girl… She's beautiful, funny. She was up dancing at the auditions already, so she'll be great fun."

Scherzinger recently opened up about her relationships with the other judges and revealed that it took her a while "to warm" to Tulisa Contostavlos: "It took her a second to warm to me, because we didn’t know each other. She’s used to being with two guys on stage. Now she’s solo which is great, and I’ve been through that."
