Little Mix reveal beauty secrets and talk fashion inspiration

Girl group Little Mix sat down for a make-up and hair session with Glamour magazine and opened up about their style icons, beauty must-haves and favourite personal looks.

Blonde bombshell Perrie Edwards admitted that on her days off she still likes to wear cosmetics because she believes the products keep her skin from breaking out, and when asked what she looks like around the house she joked:

"Oh, an absolute tramp! No, I like to wear make-up, because I feel like I get more spots if I don’t wear make-up, because I touch my face a lot and I can’t help it and I’m always doing it at work or at home, or if I’m just sitting around."

Member Jade Thirlwall explained that, for her, make-up has the ability to make a girl feel like 'Cinderella' so she likes to use it on special occasions rather than all the time: "I never used to wear make-up, hardly at all before all of this, so it was quite a shock at first, putting it on and stuff. But now I usually wear eye liner on the top, mascara, a bit of lip balm. I like to keep it quite casual, not too much through the day if I’m not working. I think you feel more like Cinderella if you go out that way."

Jade added that her celebrity hair icon is T4's Jameela Jamil and she loves Demi Lovato's fresh-faced look while Leigh-Anne admitted that Rihanna influences her appearance: "I always go on Google and search Rihanna and see what her hairstyles are."

"I normally look at people like Rihanna and Beyoncé for their make-up, because they have similar skin tones. Things that look good on them might look good on me."
