Cee Lo Green denies sexual assault suggestion

Cee Lo Green has distanced himself from reports that he is the subject of a sexual assault investigation.

TMZ reports that Los Angeles police are looking into claims that the singer sexually assaulted a woman.

They say that police have visited a downtown LA restaurant as part of the investigation and that they have started to question its employees.

The website say, however, that it is unclear yet whether the alleged incident is claimed to have taken place in the restaurant.

Green denied any wrongdoing and told TMZ that he hasn't been into the restaurant in question in three months, adding: "Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else."

No charges have yet been filed in the case.
