Calvin Harris comments on Lady Gaga Twitter "misunderstanding"

Calvin Harris has admitted his shock after Lady Gaga attacked him on Twitter.

As previously reported, Gaga took to the social networking website to tell the Scottish DJ that he was wrong in saying that he turned down the chance to work with her.

Harris then replied to explain the misunderstanding, with the 'Born This Way' singer accepting the apology and congratulating him on his new album '18 Months'.

Speaking to Capital FM, Harris said that he was surprised at the outburst because it had been in the public domain for some time. He said:

"[I was] a bit surprised because it had been on Wikipedia for four years. And I didn't say anything bad."

The 'We Found Love' hitmaker added: "I just said I didn't have time to do a remix – which frequently happens with all sorts of people. It's not really a problem. Something was taken the wrong way, or it was reported again, four years later, in the wrong way. But, it's just one of them things."
