Pop songstress Ke$ha has confirmed that she has never had sex with Justin Bieber despite the fact that a strange lawsuit claimed that he once cheated on his girlfriend Selena Gomez with her.

Back in October, an unnamed man tried to sue Bieber for buying a penis enlargement with a stolen credit card and it also stated that he had slept with Ke$ha and Bajan beauty Rihanna.

When asked by Australian radio show Hot30 Countdown if there was any truth in the odd claim, Ke$ha laughed:

"I mean, that's news to me. No, I have not, for the record, ever slept with Justin Bieber. More than that, he has a girlfriend who is really, really hot, so I think he's sorted."
