Bobby Brown pleads not guilty to DUI charge

Bobby Brown, the former husband of Whitney Houston entered a not guilty plea for his second DUI charge of the year.

Brown was not in attendance at the Los Angeles Criminal Court but his solicitor, Tiffany Feder, entered the plea on his behalf.

This is the second time this year Brown has been charged with such an offence.

Brown was ordered to attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every week prior to the court hearing on December 13.

On October 24 he was pulled over after committing an alleged driving offence and failed both a field sobriety and a Breathalyzer test.

If found guilty Brown could serve a maximum of two years in prison.
