Justin Bieber and Britney Spears feature in highest-earning musicians list

The likes of Justin Bieber and Britney Spears have cropped up in Forbes' highest-earning musicians of 2012 list.

Rap man Dr. Dre topped the list with an estimated income of $110 million, which was boosted by HTC buying a stake in his Beats headphone company.

Second on the list is Pink Floyd's Roger Waters, with his 'The Wall Live' tour grossing millions worldwide, while Sir Elton John's estimated $80 million income places him in third.

Britney Spears meanwhile lands at No.7 on the list with a 2012 income of $58 million, whilst Taylor Swift is in at No.8 with $57 million.

Justin Bieber is the tenth highest-earning musician of 2012, whilst Lady Gaga follows at No.13.
