This year's X Factor finalists have been transformed into gingerbread men ahead of this weekend's final.

Jahmene Douglas, James Arthur and Christopher Maloney are set to go head-to-head on Saturday (December 8) and Sunday (December 9) to determine who will win the competition.

Popular baking company Greggs have got into the spirit of the event and have created special gingerbread men to send to the finalists as good luck tokens.

Arthur's treat sees the singer with a guitar, whilst Douglas's gingerbread man has a blue bow-tie. Maloney's creation, meanwhile, just includes the singer's face.

Speaking about the biscuits, a Greggs spokesperson said:

"We had great fun designing these one-off gingerbread men for the X Factor final and are delighted with how handsome they all look on a biscuit base. The ladies in our office have already requested a bit of James Arthur while Jahmene's is just too cute to eat."

They continued: "We were pleased Christopher Maloney got through to the final as we knew he'd look perfect on a biscuit. We're sure it'll go down a treat with his nan."
