Lawson have a "man crush" on Robbie Williams.

The British boy band - comprising Andy Brown, Ryan Fletcher, Joel Peat and Adam Pitts - revealed their celebrity crushes, with Rita Ora, Kelly Brook and Zooey Deschanel's names all being mentioned.

However, drummer Pitts also admitted there's another star on their radar, telling new! magazine: "If we're talking man crushes though, we met Robbie Williams the other day. He's our idol."

Lawson have the utmost respect for the Take That star and revealed that Williams gave them some advice when they bumped into him.

Brown explained: "He just said good luck and congratulated us on the album. He's a really lovely, down-to-earth, good-looking guy," before Pitts added: "He's been in the gym too. I might get some workout tips from him."

Lawson have also worked with Williams' former bandmate Gary Barlow, and the four-piece gushed about the X Factor judge's musical credentials.

Brown said: "He's really laid-back, like a cool older brother. Very sophisticated. It's so strange to record with your idols. It's mental," before Pitts interjected: "We spent a couple of days with him, and he is just normal and even nicer then you would expect."

Fletcher added: "He's got a real presence when he walks into a room".
