Ed Sheeran named worst dressed man of 2012

Ed Sheeran has landed the dubious honour of being named Britain's worst dressed man of the last year.

The singer-songwriter has enjoyed a successful year in terms of music, with the flame-haired man seeing his debut album '+' continue to prove a hit both at home and later in the US.

However, GQ magazine have put Sheeran No.1 on their list of the worst dressed males in Britain in 2012.

The 'A Team' man is known to wear casual clothes, sporting a red hoodie for example when performing at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Taking to Twitter to speak about the honour, Sheeran said: "Named no.1 worst dressed male in GQ, glad they noticed."

He later added: "I did wear a Burberry suit once."

The Wanted's Max George was named fourth on the list alongside the likes of Alex Reid and Robbie Savage.
