Charlie Sheen pays for Justin Bieber photographer's funeral

Charlie Sheen has donated $12,000 to the funeral of a photographer who was killed recently after taking pictures of Justin Bieber's car.

As previously reported, 29-year old paparazzo Chris Guerra was hit by a car and killed in Los Angeles on January 1 when he was walking back from taking images of Justin Bieber's stationary Ferrari.

Whilst Bieber was not in the vehicle at the time, the Canadian issued a statement of condolence and called for a change in law to protect celebrities and photographers.

Actor Charlie Sheen has now stepped in to pay for the funeral of Guerra after hearing that his family was struggling to afford the service. He told TMZ:

"A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It's an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future."

He added: "As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved."
