Britney Spears' manager has reportedly confirmed the singer for a lucrative residency in Las Vegas.

The former X Factor USA judge has been mooted for a number of weeks to play a series of shows at a casino.

As previously reported, Spears hinted at the role - which is said to be worth $100 million - on Twitter recently.

Extra have now revealed that her manager Larry Rudolph has told them that the deal is on, with the singer choosing which casino to pick.

One of the establishments is said to be with the Caesars Entertainment Group, with an official announcement apparently due soon.
