The 'Les Misérables' cast return to No.1 album spot

The Les Misérables cast recording has managed to climb back to the top spot in the UK albums chart.

The soundtrack from director Tom Hooper’s big screen adaptation of the hit musical - which stars Anne Hathaway, Russell Crowe and Hugh Jackman - topped the official album chart today (February 10) after being knocked off by Biffy Clyro last week.

The Scottish rockers are now at No. 3 with their highest-charting album to date, 'Opposites'.

Emeli Sandé's 'Our Version Of Events' is a non-mover at No. 4 after an impressive 52 weeks in the charts.

Rihanna's 'Unapologetic' is down one place to No. 8, while Ellie Goulding's 'Halcyon' has also dropped one spot to No. 11.
