Dave Grohl's Sound City Players supergroup have confirmed a one-off UK show next week.

The star-studded group, which were formed after the Foo Fighters man made a documentary about California studio Sound City, will play London on February 19.

They will headline The Forum, with tickets on sale now.

Some of the main players in the group include Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks and Grohl's former Nivana bandmates Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear.

Other names to have been involved in the group include Rage Against the Machine's Brad Wilk and Foo Fighters' Taylor Hawkins, although it is unclear which members will perform in London.

The group are scheduled to play New York's Hammerstein Ballroom on Wednesday (February 13).
