The Jackson brothers have revealed that they have penned songs for One Direction.

Jackie Jackson told the Daily Star that he sees a younger version of the himself and his brothers in the 'Kiss You' stars.

This similarity is so strong, it seems, that it has encouraged the brothers to write some tracks for One Direction to hopefully use in the future. He said:

"Those boys remind me of ourselves so much when we were younger. I got some songs for them to record too so we'll be in touch [with them] real soon."

Jackie and his brothers Jermaine, Marlon and Tito are currently touring for the first time since Michael Jackson's death in 2009.
