Rita Ora loses voice ahead of concert

Rita Ora is desperately trying to get her voice back ahead of a show in Australia.

The 'R.I.P.' songstress is currently Down Under performing a string of concerts for her Australian fans.

Ora took to Twitter today to apologise for her voice loss ahead of her show in Perth.

She wrote: "Quickest Roadtrip to the airport Sitting in lounge sippin tea carrying on the tour hoping my voice comes back. I promise to put on a private show for you Perth I'm sorry. I hope you forgive me without you id be nothing. I love you and I'm sorry #ausbots (sic).

The star added: "Scariest thing for any artist. When there instrument doesn't work you can't help but worry (sic)."

Ora took to the social networking site yesterday to share her dilemma with her followers, posting: "I woke up this morning with no voice. I hate this."

Meanwhile, the platinum-haired singer thanked her fans for their continued support and inspiration.

She gushed on her personal Twitter Page: "I feel like a different person. Thank you for believing in me and changing my life. Second album is coming from a different place. #youllsee (sic)."
